Legal basis
Consent, given when you subscribe. You withdraw it by unsubscribing. Under the Privacy Act 1988 you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing hello@hellocasono.com. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Who we share with
Our email sending platform (Brevo, EU-hosted), which processes addresses on our instructions, and no one else. Nobody we write about receives your email address from us. When you follow a link, the site you land on sees that you came from hellocasono.com, not who you are.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. Links in our emails carry a reference code so we know which link was clicked; it is not tied to a profile beyond your subscriber record.
